Administrative Procedures
Resolution No. 1099 of October 13, 2017, which establishes the procedures for authorizing administrative processes and monitoring the policy on the streamlining of administrative processes, in Article 3. Definitions
Procedure: A set of requirements, steps, or actions regulated by the State, within a mission-oriented process, that citizens, users, or stakeholders must carry out before a public or private entity or agency that performs administrative functions, in order to access a right, engage in an activity, or fulfill an obligation provided for or authorized by law.
Therefore, Fondecun currently has no procedures registered in the Unified Information System for Procedures (SUIT).

Issuing an employment certificate is an obligation of the employer that is expressly provided for in Article 57, paragraph 7, of the Substantive Labor Code.
“Upon expiration of the contract, provide the worker, upon request, with a certificate stating the length of service, the nature of the work, and the wages earned; and likewise, if the worker so requests, have him undergo a medical examination and provide him with a certificate to that effect, if he had undergone a medical examination upon hiring or during his employment. A worker is deemed to have, through his or her own fault, evaded, obstructed, or delayed the examination if, five (5) days after leaving employment, he or she has not appeared before the designated physician to undergo the examination, despite having received the corresponding order.”

“Experience shall be verified by submitting documentation issued by the competent authority of the respective public or private institutions.”
