The Cundinamarca Project Development Fund (Fondecún), established by Ordinance Decree No. 00275 of 2008, is a highly specialized industrial and commercial enterprise within the decentralized sector of the departmental government. It has legal personality, administrative and financial autonomy, and independent assets, and is affiliated with the Planning Secretariat.
