Pursuant toDecree No. 10 of January 22, 2018,“whereby the bodies for participation and transparency of the Cundinamarca Governor’s Office are established and other provisions are enacted,”Article 1creates theDepartmental Council for Participationand establishes its composition.

This body serves as the institutional forum for presenting progress reports on the administration’s work, as well as a platform for receiving comments, observations, and suggestions from representatives of the various citizen participation organizations in the department of Cundinamarca. The decisions adopted within the framework of this Council are duly recorded and formalized in the respective minutes.

In this context, theCundinamarca Project Development Fund (FONDECÚN), asan agency attached to the Cundinamarca Governor’s Office, is governed bycurrent departmental regulationsand recognizes themechanisms for citizen participationdefined by the Departmental Administration, ensuring their coordination and compliance in accordance with the established legal framework
